Fleet operations platform

Every delivery signed, sealed, and searchable.

Wayfield turns proof of delivery into a live operating record. Drivers capture signatures in seconds, dispatch watches every load in real time, and your back office closes each day with clean, court-ready bills of lading.

The platform

Built for the way freight actually moves.

One clean record from pickup to paid. Wayfield replaces the clipboard, the camera roll, and the filing cabinet with one system your whole operation shares.

01 / Capture

Signed, stamped, sealed at the dock

The driver signs on glass. GPS, timestamp, and photo evidence are sealed into the record the moment the trailer closes, with or without coverage.

How it works

From the dock to the ledger in four steps

  1. 01

    Create the load

Dispatch enters shipper, consignee, and freight details in seconds, or imports straight from your TMS.

  2. 02

    Driver captures delivery

At the dock, the driver collects signatures, photos, and exceptions in a four-screen mobile flow.

  3. 03

    Dispatch verifies

The delivery lands on the live board, with any wait past your free time flagged as detention automatically.

  4. 04

    Documents settle

Wayfield renders the bill of lading and files the record for billing. Send the customer a link and they open the signed document without an account.

FAQ

Answers before you ask

Everything else, our team answers within one business day.

A fleet can be running the same day. You add drivers from the crew screen, which creates each login and shows the password once, and you set your document branding one time. The mobile flow needs no formal training. We help with setup directly while we are still onboarding carriers one at a time.

Yes. The driver app is offline-first by design. Signatures, photos, and forms are stored on the device and sync automatically the moment a connection returns, with no action required from the driver.

Fully. Upload your logo, choose layout and display preferences, and every BOL renders with your identity. What your customer receives looks like it came from your office, not from a third-party tool.

The capture flow is four screens with no menus to hunt through, and it asks for what a proof of delivery needs rather than handing over a blank form. It also refuses to seal an incomplete record, so a driver cannot get it wrong quietly.

Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, every account is walled off to a single fleet in the database itself, and a sealed record carries a fingerprint that detects any alteration. Your data belongs to you, exports in standard formats at any time, and is deleted in full on request.

Not yet, and we would rather say so than list an integration that does not exist. Loads are created in Wayfield today, by dispatch or by the driver at the gate, and records export as spreadsheets and PDFs for whatever you bill from. A dispatch-system integration is on the roadmap.

Run a tighter fleet by Friday.

A 30-minute demo, your own data, and a pilot lane live within the week. No contracts until it earns its keep.
