Straight answers on getting started, seats, and what happens to your data.
By talking to us. We are onboarding carriers one at a time and setting each account up ourselves, so there is no self-serve sign-up and no card anywhere in the process. You get the full product to run real loads on, and we agree terms once it is earning its keep. Nothing bills automatically, because there is nothing on file to bill.
An active driver seat in a given month. Seasonal drivers can be deactivated and reactivated at any time, and an inactive seat does not count.
Any time, in either direction, and your documents and history carry over untouched. We will not make you wait out a term to move down a tier.
You email us and we stop. There is no cancellation flow to survive, no retention offer in the way, and no notice period. You get a complete export of every document and record in standard formats first, so your retention obligations stay covered, and we delete the account in full on request within 30 days.
No. Migration from paper or from another system is included on every plan, and Enterprise plans add a managed onboarding program with a named contact.
